A Bit About Us

Our owner Ricardo comes from a large Ecuadorian family. With 25 years of experience and four brothers in the cobbling trade, you could say shoe repair runs in his blood. In 2010 Ricardo immigrated to the U.S. with his wife Mercedes and through hard work and a dedication to his craft became owner of Imperial Shoe Services. You can find him in the workshop most days carefully seeing each job through to completion. Or you may find him chatting in the store with long-time customers who know us as part of the neighborhood.
